Animal Imaging has an immediate opening for a full time board certified or board eligible on-site radiologist and immediate openings for contract teleradiologists. Both openings are available to those that are focused on small animal medicine only.

Animal Imaging is an out-patient veterinary diagnostic imaging center located in Irving, Texas that currently employs three on-site board certified radiologists. We feature a collaborative and supportive environment with fellow radiologists and our outstanding team of certified technicians. Animal Imaging is unique in that we offer a broad range of imaging services to our clients.

We are located 10 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is a great place to live, work and raise a family.

Animal Imaging performs the following in-house studies for both companion animals and equine patients.

  • MRI (Siemens Verio 3 Tesla)
  • CT (Siemens 4 slice), standing CT for the horse
  • Diagnostic nuclear medicine (i.e. skeletal, renal-GFR, thyroid, transplenic scintigraphy)
  • Radiology (Eklin 14×17 digital DR system)
  • Ultrasound (MyLab Gold units)
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Teleradiology (using the DVM Insight reporting platform)

Benefits include health insurance, competitive work schedule, paid holidays and vacation, CE allowance and a 401k retirement plan.

Animal Imaging is also seeking the assistance of available contract radiologists to assist with the management of our teleradiology case load.

Our current teleradiology case load is managed by our on-site clinical radiologists and a group of talented contract radiologists. We are seeking to expand our list of contract radiologists to help manage our radiology, ultrasound and cross-sectional teleradiology submissions. We currently use the DVM Insight reporting platform. At Animal Imaging, we strive to create an environment that fosters interaction with our colleagues.
